Our reclaimed and salvaged mantels come from logs left in the woods or in the rivers of Northern California 100 years ago or more because they were considered downgraded logs or just too big to get.  Today, these are what people like because these reclaimed or salvaged mantels have more interesting shapes, grains and colors. We give these logs new life as mantels, table tops, and many types of craft ideas to fit your rustic decor.

The rustic look usually means the wood has a live edge and tends to have defects in the wood such as small cracks, knots, curly or burly.  If you want a perfect, defect-free piece they are available but not common.  Please let us know how we can help with your special project.

Customer Comments

George,
"The mantel arrived on Tuesday in perfect shape. You did a great job in packing it. The mantel is now proudly displayed above our fireplace. We are thrilled at the way it looks and appreciate the professionalism that you have shown us in every aspect of this transaction. Enclosed are some pictures to demonstrate the dramatic difference your mantel has made in our home.  My only regret is not having more fireplaces to put additional mantels."

Thank you so much!
